The 12 checks

1. Three players ready in a private lobby. Why: the game starts only with exactly three players.
2. Everyone launched the Demo once solo; mic and audio confirmed. Why: setup failures waste the first bomb.
3. Roles assigned before the timer starts. Why: there is no mid-bomb role debate.
4. Mute bound the interact/emote key to something comfortable. Why: gestures must be fast and visible.
5. Agreed wait, yes, wrong, and a full-stop phrase. Why: these three signals resolve most confusion.
6. Wire colours are always read left to right. Why: mixed order sends Mute to the wrong manual row.
7. Left and right always mean Blind Monkey's left and right. Why: D-pad and wire instructions fail from mixed perspectives.
8. A go-back gesture is defined. Why: Switch Panel corrections need it before Enter.
9. Nobody inputs until the instruction is repeated back and confirmed. Why: inputs during manual lookup cause strikes.
10. One module at a time. Why: two overlapping callouts scramble the manual.
11. Blind narrates after every input: cut, pressed, or flipped. Why: the team knows the input registered.
12. Debrief rule: name one fix per explosion, then rotate roles next session. Why: one rule per run is how teams improve.
